Dr. Kelly earned his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Kansas with specializations in macroeconomics and applied econometrics. He has served as a forensic economist since 2013, with particular expertise in agricultural litigation involving dairy farm damages from stray voltage, toxic feed, and equipment failures.

Litigation Experience: Over 12 years of forensic economics experience with testimony in both federal and state courts. Jurisdictions include Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota, Maine, Missouri, and Illinois.

Academic Background: Full Professor with tenure at UW-River Falls, former Director of the Center for Economic Research, and former Department Chair. Recipient of Outstanding Researcher awards (2013, 2018) and Outstanding Teacher award (2015).

Publications: 18+ peer-reviewed articles in journals including Journal of Money, Credit & Banking, Journal of Banking & Finance, and Journal of International Money & Finance.

Dr. Fleissig holds a joint Ph.D. in Economics and Statistics from North Carolina State University. He brings over 15 years of forensic economics experience.

Recognition: Ranked in the top 1.4% of economists worldwide (757 out of 55,000) in the World Rankings of Economists. Five-time recipient of the Outstanding University Researcher Award at CSU Fullerton. Former Advisory Board member for the Monetary Services Index at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis (2004-2011).

Academic Background: Full Professor at CSU Fullerton since 2003. Research Associate at the Woods Center for Economic Analysis and Forecasting, Center for Demographic Research, and Social Science Research Center.

Publications: 40+ peer-reviewed articles in leading economics journals including Journal of Money, Credit and Banking, Journal of Banking and Finance, Journal of Econometrics, and Economic Modelling. Atlantic Economic Journal Best Article Award (2017).
